In order to replace a Health Tag that is no longer working, you must follow the replacement process, which includes locating and removing the defective tag and then syncing and adhering the replacement. The app will provide a video that walks you through the process, but the steps are also written below.
Finding and removing old tag:
Each Health Tag will have the last 5 characters of it’s unique serial number on the front. Find the dead tag and write down or remember those numbers. Next, go to your Health Tag app and click settings on the bottom right portion of the home screen. From the settings menu, click devices and find the corresponding tag.
Once you've found the tag, follow the steps indicated in your app to remove it, sync your replacement device, and attach the new device to your clothing.
