This notification means that your App is currently running on a device that does not have Bluetooth enabled or is having trouble connecting to your Health Tag via Bluetooth.
If you are using an iOS device, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and click on the Bluetooth icon. A blue icon indicates that Bluetooth has been enabled on this device. You can also verify if Bluetooth has been enabled by going to your phone's Settings, then tapping on General and then Bluetooth. To the right of Bluetooth there will be a switch. If the switch is green, Bluetooth is enabled.
