"Analyzing Data" indicates that your Health Tag is currently updating or syncing your data to the app. When you first connect your pack of Health Tags to your account, you may see the App displaying this message for up to 1 hour as each tag may need to update it's firmware before it can be used properly.
Once you begin wearing your Health Tags daily, it’s not uncommon for them to need up to 15 minutes per worn tag to sync and upload all of the data that they have collected. If you see the app displaying the message ‘Analyzing Data’ for longer than 1 hour, please contact the Spire Health support team at +1 (415) 980 3858.
