Under settings, you can find your activity goal, sleep and bedtime goals, devices, profile, and support tabs. Your activity goal is the desired number of steps to be taken each day and is set by your Healthcare Provider. Your Sleep Goals include the desired number of hours you’d like to sleep every night and bedtime. The Devices tab lists of all of the Health Tags synced to your account. The Profile tab provides basic information about the account owner and the Support tab lists the contact number for the Spire Health support team, should you need to contact us for technical assistance.
